These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://dorlume.com and purchases from Dorlume, operated by DOYLE RIVERTON HOLDINGS LLC. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND STORE USE
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract and use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that impairs service, misuse another person's information, or use the store for fraudulent activity.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to describe products accurately, including materials, dimensions, colors, included components, and care or installation information. Screen settings, lighting, natural material variation, and manufacturing tolerances may cause reasonable differences in color or appearance. Images are illustrative of the product identified on the applicable product page. If a material detail is important to your purchase, contact us before ordering.

3. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and destination. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout and may include major payment cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay. Payment authorization is required before an order is accepted.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged to the original payment method.

5. SHIPPING
We currently ship free of charge to valid addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations. Orders usually require 1-2 business days to process and an estimated 3-7 business days in transit after shipment. See the Shipping Policy for complete terms.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
You may request cancellation before shipment. Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Dorlume pays authorized return shipping and does not charge a restocking fee. 7. PROMOTIONS
Promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions, availability, and expiration. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or transferred. We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by error, fraud, or abuse, subject to applicable law.

8. ACCOUNTS AND COMMUNICATIONS
If you create an account, you are responsible for accurate information and safeguarding your credentials. You agree that we may send electronic communications necessary to complete transactions, provide customer service, maintain security, or satisfy legal requirements. Marketing communications are subject to your preferences.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its original content, design, graphics, logos, photographs, text, and code are owned by or licensed to DOYLE RIVERTON HOLDINGS LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content for operating and promoting Dorlume, subject to applicable privacy law. We may moderate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or irrelevant content.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store may use or link to services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites, but this does not limit responsibility we cannot lawfully exclude for services we select to fulfill your order.

12. DISCLAIMERS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general informational content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Product warranties, if any, are described on the relevant product page. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOYLE RIVERTON HOLDINGS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from website use. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product or order, except where a limitation is prohibited by law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify DOYLE RIVERTON HOLDINGS LLC against losses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 16. SEVERABILITY; NO WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the agreement concerning the store and your order.

We may update these Terms prospectively. Changes take effect when posted and do not retroactively change an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.
